The artist hereby gives permission to Chi Gems Inc. to display their Artwork on the Chi Gems website for viewing in the Gallery and on the Scholarship Winners page. Chi Gems Inc. reserves the right to archive the digital photograph of the Artwork for possible use in future marketing for the scholarship, and on the Chi Gems Inc. website.
Chi Gems Inc. will not be held liable for any claims arising from of the misrepresentation of ownership/copyright of the artwork whether past, present, or future. Chi Gems Inc. will, in good faith, accept and present the artwork in the Chi Gems Gallery.
The artist will remain the sole owner of the artwork displayed on Chi Gems Inc., until a sale that may occur outside of or through Chi Gems Inc.
